HOLIDAY CRANBERRY LOAF 
This bread is a nice change from all the sweet fruit cakes at holiday time.

4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup cranberries, which have been cut in half
1 cup chopped nuts
2 eggs, beaten
4 tbsp. cooking oil
1 cup orange juice
4 tbsp. hot (not boiling) water

Mix and sift dry ingredients together. Add to other ingredients which have been mixed in mixing bowl. Last of all, add hot water. Be certain to do this as mixing earlier does not produce the same result.

Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
