Very yummy, but had to add extra flour...too sweet/buttery. Perfect with an extra 1/2 cup flour :)

Do not spray cookie sheet or they come out as thin crackers.

Out of desperation (12°F, snow, and no eggs) I looked for a no egg cookie, and Voila!!! We just made these tonight and they are delicious. The kids cooked a batch tonight and will cook the rest tomorrow.
Since my cupboard was low, I used 8 oz margarine and 8oz cream cheese. The cookies were moist and melt in your mouth good!

My daughter really enjoyed. I did add a bit of milk to help cream all ingredients together.

I see a fair amount of people posted that they need recipes sans-egg due to allergies. Just a small trick i found: almost any recipe can have subs for eggs. I found creamed butter (like this recipe uses) works great, or even using something like coconut flour (takes some experimenting due to its ability to hold lots of fluids) and even applesauce or crushed bananas all work. hope that helps!

My kids (4 & 2) made these cookies with me today. It was great they could taste the different mixes while making these because of no eggs. The end product was delicious. Crispy on the outside soft on the inside. The best I have had.

The cookies turned out great. The only thing I would change is the amount of butter I only used half the amount and the cookies turned out just fine, I also added chocolate chips. They taste yummy! I tried the same recipe with the exact amount and the cookies turned out greasy and flat... That didn't happen this time.
