GOURMET BROCCOLI RICE 
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. oil
10 oz. cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. cooked rice

Saute celery and onions in oil. Add frozen broccoli, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, rice, and Cheez Whiz. Pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be prepared in advance and then baked.
