GOURMET SKILLET 
1/4 c. Caesar salad dressing
1 lb. chuck or round steak, cut into thin strips (or equivalent boneless chicken breasts)
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Del Monte chunky stewed tomatoes (or Italian style stewed tomatoes)
1 env. onion-mushroom dry soup mix
Oriental or reg. rice for 4

In large bowl, pour Casear dressing over meat/chicken. Marinate 10 to 30 minutes. Remove meat and reserve sauce. In large skillet, heat the remaining marinade, tomatoes, and soup mix. Stir in meat. Simmer about 20 minutes. Prepare rice according to package directions. Serve meat over rice.
