QUICK SKILLET DINNER 
1 c. elbow macaroni (preferably whole wheat)
1 lb. ground turkey or hamburger
1 c. diced onions
1 clove garlic, mashed (use 1 tsp. garlic powder)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (low-salt type)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. catsup (low-salt)
1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or low-salt steak sauce
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning or low-salt substitute

Cook macaroni in boiling water; drain and set aside.

Saute turkey, onions and garlic, in a non-stick skillet wiped with vegetable oil, for several minutes until onions are tender. Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce, catsup, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and Italian seasonings. Bring to a boil, then simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Add macaroni; simmer 5 minutes more. Serves 6. About 235 calories a serving. Can add corn or green beans and green peppers.
