SALMON LOOT WITH CHEESE SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. can salmon, flaked
1 tsp. salt and dash pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. fine chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. melted butter

Combine in order and form loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

CHEESE SAUCE:

1/4 lb. American cheese
1 tsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. flour
Salt, pepper and dill to taste

Mix all ingredients and heat to make sauce. Pour over baked salmon loaf. Serves 8.
