ITALIAN DOUBLE CRUST PIZZA 
CRUST:

16 c. flour
11 potatoes, cooked & mashed
1 cake yeast, dissolved with water from potatoes
1 1/4 lb. shortening
Handful of salt (optional)

FILLING:

2 lbs. ground beef or mix of 1 lb. sausage and 1 lb. ground beef
8 onions, chopped fine
1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 or 2 jars canned peppers & tomatoes
2 cans black olives, cut up
Mozzarella cheese

Mix together potatoes, flour and shortening. Add yeast and salt. Knead well. let raise 1/2 hour. While dough is rising make filling. Brown meat and drain well. Mix with other ingredients except cheese. Roll out and put in loaf pan, putting dough on bottom and up sides. Put in some filling, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and put on top crust, pinching crust together. Oil top crust. Let raise 20 minutes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
