ELIZABETH'S HOMEMADE SPAGHETTI SAUCE | |
1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti noodles SAUCE: 2 1/2 lb. lean ground beef 1 green pepper, chopped 1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced mushrooms 1 (15 oz.) can Hunts diced sweet onion and tomatoes 1 (28 oz.) can Hunts diced tomatoes 1 (28 oz.) can Hunts tomato sauce 1 tsp. garlic power 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tbsp. Lawry's seasoning salt Brown meat with seasoning salt, and drain well. Add all the other ingredients and let stove simmer 2 hours or Crock-Pot on LOW for 6 hours. You really can't over cook! Prepare spaghetti noodles according to package directions. Fix your favorite tossed salad, and bread... and WAL-AH! A fantastic delicious meal! Submitted by: Elizabeth Sutphin |
