1 c. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. milk

Mix cocoa, sugar, salt, and cornstarch in top of double boiler. Add corn syrup and milk. Cook 15 minutes over hot water, stirring until thick. Add 2 tablespoons butter. Cool. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla. EXCELLENT!
