HOMEMADE SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
Pepper, salt, and garlic salt to taste
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
3/4 to 1 c. water
1 tsp. sugar

Brown meat and onion together. Drain fat. Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt, and stir. Add chili powder, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar, and water. Simmer for at least 3 to 4 hours, stirring often.

I use tomato paste it sticks to the noodles better. Also 1/2 cup soy sauce add to sauce, gives a great taste.
