STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
2 c. cooked rice
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. chopped onion
Cheddar cheese for topping if desired

Remove the tops from green peppers and wash. Brown the onion and ground beef and salt. Add the sour cream and egg. Stir until well mixed. Add rice. Stand peppers on end in a baking dish. Fill with the meat mixture. Bake for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Top with Cheddar cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
