STUFFED PEPPERS WITH HAM 
1 c. chopped ham
1 c. cooked rice
1 sm. onion, minced
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (save some for top of peppers)
Salt and pepper to taste
Green peppers

Combine first five ingredients and stuff the peppers. Dab of butter on top of each pepper after stuffed. Cook in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.

Made this for dinner today, turned out great but had to add 20 min. to the cooking time. The onions were still crunchy after 25 min.
