HAM STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
4 slices bacon
1 c. chopped onion
3/4 lb. ham, ground
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 c. COOKED rice
1/2 c. water

Cut off tops and clean peppers. In skillet saute bacon crisp. Add onions until slight brown. Add ham and brown. Stir in salt, paprika and rice. Stuff peppers. Place peppers in greased pan. Add water and cover pan. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
