HAM STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
4 green peppers
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. diced ham
1/4 c. green onions
1/2 c. celery
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 c. undiluted cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
1 beaten egg

Mix all of the above and stuff peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Serves 4.
