MICROWAVE STUFFED PEPPERS 
4 peppers, tops removed & seeded
1 lb. lean hamburg
1 c. Minute Rice
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce

Arrange peppers in a 13"x9" microwave proof Pyrex dish. Combine all ingredients, except tomato sauce, in a separate bowl and mix together well. Divide this mixture among peppers. Pour tomato sauce over. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook on High heat in microwave for 20 to 22 minutes until peppers are tender and meat no longer red. Let stand 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
