2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 stick butter
3 1/2 c. quick oatmeal

Mix together the sugar, milk, cocoa and butter in a saucepan. Boil for one minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and peanut butter until dissolved. Add oats. Spoon onto waxed paper. Then refrigerate until cookies are firm (about 1 hour).
