FROZEN HOMEMADE HOT ROLLS 
5 c. flour (sift before measuring)
2 c. sweet milk, warmed
1/2 c. Crisco, melt in milk
2 pkgs. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar

Mix yeast in warm water. Add sugar. Let stand 15 minutes. Mix liquids and stir in flour and salt mixed. Put in large bowl. Cover. Let rise until doubled. Knead. Roll out and shape into rolls. Freeze on cookie sheet. As soon as frozen, put in air tight container. Keep in freezer until ready to use. Let thaw and rise about 2 hours. Bake at 400 degrees.
