JELLO FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can fruit cocktail
1 (3 oz.) peach jello (dry)
1 sm. pkg. mini marshmallows
1 lemon cake mix

Sprinkle jello on the bottom of a greased 9x13 cake pan. Pour fruit cocktail over jello and stir. Then make an even layer of marshmallows over cocktail. Mix lemon cake mix as directed on package. Spread batter over marshmallows.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Cool on rack for about 1 hour, then turn on plate.
