HUNGARIAN WAX HOT PEPPERS | |
8 - 10 wax peppers 1 tsp. salt 3/4 c. vinegar 1 clove garlic 1 sprig fresh dill 1 1/2 c. water Wash and cut peppers in half; remove seeds and wash in cold salted water. Pack in quart jar; add garlic, salt and dill. Bring vinegar and water to a boil, then set aside to cool. Pour over peppers and seal with sterilized lid. Makes 1 quart. |
