CORNBREAD DRESSING 
2 c. crumbled cornbread
1 c. white bread
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Dash of thyme, salt & pepper to taste
3 eggs, hard boiled or uncooked

Crumble breads in pan. Cook onions and celery in butter and add to bread crumbs. Add other ingredients. Moisten with broth from chicken or turkey. The unbaked dressing should be the consistency of cornbread batter. Bake in moderate oven until lightly brown. Add more broth if needed. 1 or 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise will make it moist and flavorful.
