CORNBREAD DRESSING | |
1 (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy cornbread mix 1 med. onion 2 ribs celery 1/2 stick butter 1 tsp. poultry seasoning 1 egg, beaten Chicken or turkey broth with 1 c. sm. pieces of chicken or turkey Make cornbread according to package directions. Saute onion and celery in butter. Crumble cornbread in pan with onions and celery. Season with poultry seasoning. Add egg and chicken pieces and just enough broth to make right consistency. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
