CORNBREAD DRESSING 
1 large bowl of cornbread crumbs (made from skillet of cornbread)
1 large pkg. of Pepperidge Farm dressing herb mix
Enough chicken or turkey broth to make mixture very moist
1 onion, chopped
4 sticks celery, sliced
1 tsp. sage
1 stick butter, melted

Mix cornbread crumbs, dressing mix, onion, celery and sage. Add enough broth to make mixture very moist (make thin mixture). Spread in 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour melted butter over dressing.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.

Serves about 15 people.

Almost exactly like my grandmother's killer dressing, but she never used sage. That was just our family preference. One addition I have made is to drain the broth from a can of chicken noodle soup if you can't add some stock from the turkey being served. You could also add a can of chicken and rice cereal. I think Paula Deen does this.
