4 1/2 c. sugar
13 oz. can evaporated milk
1 c. butter
3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. nuts

Put butter, chips, chocolate, vanilla and nuts in large bowl. In large Dutch over, bring to boil the sugar and milk, stirring constantly. Boil for 10 minutes. Pour over ingredients in bowl. Blend until all solids are melted. Pour into cookie sheet. Let set 12 to 24 hours in refrigerator.
