4 1/2 c. white sugar
1 can carnation milk
1 lb. butter
18 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. walnuts

Melt butter with sugar and milk. Bring to rolling boil, stirring for 6 minutes. Add chips and walnuts. Beat until thick and creamy. Chill and cut.
