2 tbsp. melted butter
6 carrots, chopped
6 med. potatoes, chopped
6 med. onions, chopped
6 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
Pork chop coating mix

In a 13x9 inch pan, place carrots, potatoes and onions. Pour melted butter over them and toss until all pieces are well coated. Cover pan with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile coat pork chops. Remove foil from pan. Bake for 30 minutes more, for 3/4 inch pork chops 45 minutes.
