MARSHMALLOW FLUFF CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow fluff

ICING:

1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/3 c. pareve milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Cream butter, sugar and eggs well. Add vanilla, flour and cocoa and beat. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes (until inserted toothpick comes out clean and dry). Let cool slightly.

Spread marshmallow fluff on top of cake. Beat 1/3 cup butter, cocoa, pareve milk, vanilla and powdered sugar. Spread on top of marshmallow.

(Note: This cake can also be baked in two round 9 inch greased and floured pans. The fluff will then be spread between the layers. Baking time should be adjusted to about 20 minutes.)
