SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed yams
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix first 6 ingredients. Mix brown sugar, 1/3 cup butter, flour and chopped pecans. Mix well. Sprinkle on top of casserole 10 to 15 minutes before done.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
