SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 sweet potatoes, boiled and peeled
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/3 c. raisins
1 tsp. grated orange rind
Butter
Marshmallows

Mash the sweet potatoes. Season with butter and brown sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients, except marshmallows, and mix thoroughly. Fill buttered casserole with potato mixture and top with marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees until marshmallows are golden brown.
