MILLIE'S SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. canned Louisiana yams, mashed
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. cream
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Blend together the sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, spices, butter, cream and half the marshmallows. Spoon into buttered baking dish. Top with pecans and remaining marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Marshmallows should be delicately browned.

Good recipe!! I used 2% milk instead of cream, cut up my own yams, also used large marshmallows instead of miniature.
