SWEET MAPLE POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. tsp. salt
3/4 c. maple syrup
1/2 stick butter

Boil sweet potatoes until sot. Drain and mash potatoes using a potato masher. Add milk and salt. Whip this all together and place into a well greased casserole dish. Over the potatoes, pour maple syrup heated with butter.

Bake until top is carmalized at 400°F.
