SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. cooked yams
1 c. sugar
1 stick softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
marshmallows (optional)

Combine all ingredients in baking dish.

Mix topping ingredients and crumble over potatoes.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Marshmallows may be added to topping the last few minutes of baking.

This is a lot like my grandmothers recipe, I always leave the sugar out of the potato mixture so its not so sweet, the topping is what makes it sweet and so good!
