SAUSAGE, SWEET POTATO, APPLE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. hot sausage
2 med. sweet potatoes
2 med. apples, sliced
Brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Fry 1 pound hot sausage patties until lightly browned. Drain and place in bottom of buttered dish. Slice sweet potatoes and place on top of sausage patties. Put sliced apples on top of potatoes and sprinkle with brown sugar and 2 tablespoons milk. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
