3 med. sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
2 c. peeled, sliced apples
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. corn starch
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Place sweet potatoes in buttered 13 x 9 baking dish add marshmallows and apples on top of potatoes. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon and nuts. Sprinkle over apples. Mix corn starch with 1/2 cup water until smooth. Pour over all. Dot with 1 stick of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
