6 sweet potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. brown sugar
Mini marshmallows

Cook and peel sweet potatoes like mashed potatoes. Mix butter, orange juice, cinnamon, salt and brown sugar. Pour mixture into 8 x 11 inch casserole. Cover with mini marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly.
