SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. pecan halves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
14 lg. marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pare and cut up sweet potatoes with knife. Place in saucepan and just cover with water. Boil for 30 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes and mash with a fork. Add remaining ingredients, except marshmallows and pecans. Mix well. Spoon mixture into greased casserole; cover with marshmallows and pecans. Bake for 30 minutes.
