CRAB FETTUCCINE 
1 stick butter
1 clove minced garlic
6-8 oz. frozen crab meat
3/4 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt one stick butter in a skillet. Add minced garlic and cook until golden.

Blend in: Crab, whipping cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly until well blended.

Add 12 ounce cooked and drained fettuccine; toss lightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Accompany with a favorite wine, salad and fresh fruit.
