HAM & EGG COMBO 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. milk
1/4 lb. cubed American cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked ham
4 hard cooked eggs, slied
Buttermilk biscuits

Blend mayonnaise, flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk. Cook and stir until thickened. Add cheese, onion and pimiento. Heat until cheese melts. Then add ham and eggs. Heat and serve over hot biscuits. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
