CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 lb. crab meat
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. sherry
2 tbsp. butter
2 egg yolks (or egg beaters)
1/2 tsp. salt
Few grains red pepper
Shake of Parmesan cheese

Mix together flour, mustard, salt and red pepper. Melt butter, add dry ingredients and 1 1/2 cups milk. Boil 5 minutes. Beat yolks until light, add 1/2 cup milk and add to sauce. Add shake of cheese, green pepper and sherry. Boil 5 minutes. Combine sauce and crab meat and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil until brown.
