CRUSTLESS CRAB QUICHE | |
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms 2 tbsp. butter 4 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. cottage cheese 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. salt 4 drops hot pepper sauce 1/2 c. crab meat, well drained 2 c. grated med. Cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute the mushrooms in butter over high heat until tender. Place on a paper towel. In a blender or food processor, combine eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan, flour, onion powder, salt, and hot pepper sauce; process until well blended. Combine egg mixture, mushrooms, crab meat and cheese in a large bowl; mix well. Pour into a 10-inch quiche dish and bake in oven for 45 minutes or until mixture is set and surface is golden. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. |
