CRUSTLESS TUNA QUICHE | |
2 cans tuna, drained in water 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.) 1 med. onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.) 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour 4 eggs 1 c. milk 3/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce Toss tuna, cheese and onion with flour. Spread in greased pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture over tuna mixture. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35-40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Can be poured in a crust and baked for 35 minutes. |
