LOW CHOLESTEROL TUNA OR CRAB QUICHE | |
1 (6 oz.) white tuna, drained (or crab) 1 c. formagg cheese 3 oz. low fat cottage cheese 1/4 c. grated onion 1/2 c. chopped green olives with pimiento 1 c. Bisquick 2 c. lactaid milk 1 c. (4 eggs equiv.) Second Nature Eggs + 1 egg white Dash salt (+ or -) Dash nutmeg Low fat, low cholesterol, no lactose recipe. Mix first 5 ingredients put in greased quiche pan or 10" pie plate. Mix last 5 ingredients. Beat well. Pour over mixture in dish. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until knife comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6 to 10. Formagg cheese tastes like cheddar, comes grated and has no cholesterol - no lactose. |
