TUNA QUICHE 
1 pie crust, unbaked
2 cans (7 oz. each) tuna, drained
6 slices American cheese
Onion powder
2 Tbsp flour
2 eggs
1/2 c milk

Crumble up tuna and put on the bottom of the pie crust. Cut cheese into small pieces and put on top of tuna. Sprinkle onion powder, to taste, on top of cheese. Mix flour, eggs, and milk together. Pour mixture into the pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. Serve hot.

NOTE: This is a wonderful recipe to serve on Shavuos. It is delicious. While children often do not like quiche, this is a quiche that my children and students always love.
