6 c. sliced apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter, softened
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
Streusel (below)

Mix apples and spices. Spread in greased pan. Beat next 5 ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture over apples. Sprinkle with streusel. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes at 325 degrees.

Streusel: Mix 1 cup Bisquick, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, and 3 tablespoons firm butter until crumbly. I omitted the nuts.
