NEVER FAIL POPOVERS | |
2 eggs 1 c. milk 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt Bread eggs in bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well with spoon (NO beater). Disregard lumps (they're important). Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Place in COLD oven. Set heat controls for 425 degrees. Bake 30 minutes. Turn off heat and allow to dry for 10 more minutes. DO NOT open oven door during entire 40 minutes. If they haven't popped over, you haven't followed all the rules! |
