NEVER FAIL POPOVERS 
2 eggs
1 c. water
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs with fork. Add water, flour and salt. Stir until just blended (will be lumpy). Divide into 6 well buttered custard or popover cups. Place in COLD OVEN. Turn on oven to 400 degrees. Bake 40 minutes. Take out of oven and pierce with sharp knife to allow steam to escape.
