POPOVER DELIGHTS 
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Mix together milk, butter, and flour sifted with salt. Beat until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating with a rotary beater until mixture is free from lumps. Batter should be thin. Fill greased popover pans or custard cups 3/4 full. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 30 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees and bake 10-15 minutes more. Makes 9 large, delicious popovers.
