BISCUIT LIPS 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. cold butter
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk

Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add milk, stir with a fork until it forms a ball. Knead 10 times. Roll 1/4 inch thick. Cut into circles. Fold in half, spread with butter, press edges together. Arrange on greased baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
