MANHATTAN DELI SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. spiral pasta
1 1/4 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
1 c. chopped red or green pepper (or pimento)
1/4 lb. hard salami in thin strips
1 sm. red onion, cut in rings
1/4 to 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp. capers (optional)
3/4 c. Italian dressing

Cook pasta according to directions. In large bowl, combine olives, red pepper, salami, onion, cheese, parsley, capers and Italian dressing. Add pasta and toss well. Serve at room temperature or chilled. 6 servings.
