BEEF ROLL - UPS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 med. onion, minced
2 pkg. family sized Carl Buddig beef

1. Put softened cream cheese into a bowl and cream.

2. Mince onion and put into bowl with creamed cheese. Mix onion into creamed cheese well.

3. Cut Carl Buddig beef in half diagonally.

4. Using a teaspoon put a small amount of cream cheese mixture into center of cut beef.

5. Turn in side corners and roll up beef.

6. Use 1/2 toothpick to hold roll up in place.
