1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. dry sherry
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 oz. smoked beef, chopped (Buddig's works good)
1/4 c. chopped pimento, stuffed olives

Soften instant onion in sherry. Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add to onion mixture. Stir in finely chopped beef and olives. Serve with small wheat thin type crackers.
